Our hiring process
We hire people the same way we do business: Simply, honestly, and clearly. Here’s what you can expect:
Application
Send your CV, letters of recommendation, and diplomas to careers@pvlpartners.com.
No cover letter required. We’ll confirm the arrival of your application within a few days.
Call
If we think you’re a potential candidate, we’ll set up a brief phone call where we can get to know each other and answer some basic questions.
1st round of interviews
Two on-site interviews, each with one or two of our team members. We get to know each other further and we’ll give you at least one case study to walk us through. We want to understand how you approach problems and what kind of ideas you come up with.
2nd round of interviews
Two more interviews to meet more team members and discuss your potential role within PvL. For more experienced candidates, we’ll want to learn about your network. If everything fits, we will make you an offer within a few days.
We aim to complete the entire process within one month.
